Covid-19 Update

***Covid-19 Update — Office Reopening***

Dear Patient,

Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us at Scottsdale Dental Excellence are looking forward to resuming our daily schedule of helping create and maintain healthy smiles. We are pleased to announce that we have reopened our office. With state restrictions lifted, we are able to responsibly reopen fully and resume seeing our patients for regularly scheduled dental appointments and treatment.

Your safety remains our top priority. We have implemented additional safety and sanitization measures in accordance with guidelines set by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure your safety.

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your wellbeing. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office.

The following are some of the safety protocols that we have in place at our office:

  • All surfaces and equipment are wiped down with disinfectant between patients. We sterilize all equipment using best-in-class sterilization machines between each patient.
  • Our team members also routinely sterilize patient waiting rooms and frequently touched surfaces.
  • All team members that work in clinical spaces will always be in Personal Protective Equipment (mask, gloves, eye protection, gowns) appropriate for the procedure being rendered.
  • All team members perform regular hand hygiene.

We ask all visitors to self-screen to help lessen the spread of the virus.

  • You have had a fever in the past 14 days.
  • You have a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, respiratory infection, rash, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • You have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.
  • You have had contact with any possible source of the virus or person with COVID-19.

If you are safe to enter, please follow these instructions:

  • Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
  • Avoid touching your face with your hands.
  • Limit your movement in the building and interactions with others in the building.
  • Maintain social distancing while in common areas of the office.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable visiting our office for your dental appointments. Please call us at (480) 585-1853 to schedule an appointment, or ask us about any concerns you may have.

We look forward to serving you!
