Bioclear Restorations
Bioclear is a leading-edge dental restoration process that can be completed in just one visit. CEREC single-visit restorations are an exciting dental innovation that let a patient get a crown without requiring an outside lab, a temporary crown, and multiple office visits. Dr. Clark will take a sophisticated 3D scan of your teeth and then transmit that data to a CEREC milling machine right here in our office. This computer-aided milling machine will then create your crown with precision using durable ceramic material. The ceramic is available in a wide range of natural colors, and we can adjust the shade in order to ensure that it matches your other teeth and delivers a beautiful aesthetic result. From the digital scan to the placement of the new permanent crown, most appointments are completed in less than two hours.
Cleanings & Checkups

Dental Sealants

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Scaling & Root Planing
Patients suffering from periodontal disease are often treated with nonsurgical procedures known as scaling and root planing. Scaling involves the use of specialized tools to remove plaque, tartar, and damaged tissue below the gumline. Root planing is the smoothing of tooth roots in order to prevent plaque and tartar buildup by removing the areas where buildup accumulates. When gum disease is diagnosed early and scaling and root planing subsequently performed, a patient is much less likely to suffer from serious periodontal disease symptoms and to require invasive treatments.
Laser Gum Treatment

Digital Imaging & Virtual Smile Design
Many patients come to our office dissatisfied with the appearance of their smiles but are unaware of the options available to correct it. Digital imaging and virtual smile design are among the important resources we have available to them. We use computer software and advanced equipment to create digital images, which we can then enhance with the various cosmetic options available. Patients can even take these images home to family and friends in order to discuss them before they have to make any decisions that require a commitment.
Digital Radiography
High-definition images of a mouth and the surrounding area are an important tool that helps a dentist accurately diagnose issues, identify the warning signs of potential issues, and offer the most conservative treatments available. Digital imaging not only provides high-definition scans, but are also safer for the patient and better for the environment than X-rays. These digital images do not require developing and are easily stored and transferred, such as to a specialist.
Intraoral Cameras
Intraoral imaging has changed not only how dentists examine, diagnose, and treat patients but how they interact with them. These digital images allow the patient to see the mouth from the perspective of the dentist. That makes it easier for the dentist to explain and the patient to understand dental issues, treatment options, and so forth. Ensuring that our patients are partners in their dental care is imperative to us, and we use state-of-the-art intraoral cameras that capture high-definition images quickly and without any discomfort.
Galileos CT ConeBeam Scanner
Some dental treatments, such as implants, require advanced planning. In these scenarios, we employ a CT ConeBeam scanner, which provides a panoramic view of a patient’s mouth and lets us visualize how the teeth and any restoration options will fit together. Dr. Clark also recommends using the ConeBeam scanner every three to five years as part of a regular dental checkup because it allows for the early diagnosis of a wide range of potential dental problems.
Digital Impression System
Prior to digital impression systems, dental patients would have to bite into clay or a putty-like substance in order to capture the shape of their teeth. Not only was this inconvenient, but it was not entirely accurate and would often miss minor surface imperfections. Digital impressions are much easier and convenient, as well as completely accurate. We use the state-of-the-art CEREC Primescan system, and impressions can be sent to an in-office milling unit or to a trusted dental lab when necessary.

CEREC is an abbreviation of ceramic restoration, and it is a groundbreaking system that lets a skilled dentist design, create and place a new crown in just a single visit. While you relax, we’ll scan an image of your tooth into a computer designed just for this purpose. This digital technology ensures that the crown is made to the exact specifications of your tooth. CEREC is a multifaceted system that also consists of an infrared digital camera, 3D imaging software, a milling unit, and much more.
